Renewable Wind Energy

Why Choose Renewable Wind Energy

Renewable wind energy is the fastest growing source of power of any renewable energy sources and technologies. With renewable wind energy, the flow of air turns wind turbines to create electricity. As the speed of the wind turning the turbines increases the amount of power the turbine produces increases as well. In areas where winds are strong, renewable wind energy is a smart choice for providing power to homes and businesses.

Even if you don’t live in a windy area, you can still supplement your current electricity supply by utilizing renewable wind energy. The best part is by using do-it-yourself guides; even the least skilled handymen can build their own windmills and start using renewable wind energy to lower their electric bills each month. However, if you do live in a particularly windy area you can feasibly generate an abundance of electricity from renewable wind energy systems.

It is also conceivable to build several wind turbines to power your renewable wind energy system. Most of us have seen the pictures of the wind farms being built to supplement power to whole cities. This is a little much for a homestead, but even small dwellings can benefit from multiple smaller wind turbines. In many states, it is possible to sell the excess electricity you generate from your renewable wind energy system back to the utilities companies.

The most important benefit of utilizing green solar energy is completely environmental. With polar ice caps dwindling away and climate changes creating tragic storms world wide, it is increasingly obvious that steps must be taken to decrease global warming and our dependence on fossil fuels. Green solar energy provides a clean energy alternative as it creates little pollution and does not contribute to global warming.

The very best part of integrating a renewable wind energy system into your home or business is the environmental impact. Renewable wind energy produces little to no pollution, no harmful greenhouse gases and no methane or carbon dioxide-which contribute to global warming. And of course the savings those homeowners can realize after their initial investment in renewable wind energy.

It is definitely worthwhile to learn more about renewable wind energy. By building your own wind turbines you can add needed dollars to your pocket and help the environment at the same time. Renewable wind energy. Free power from the wind. Sounds beautiful, doesn’t it?

Eat Good Food and Lose Weight

Eating raw carrots and broccoli as your primary method of losing weight will soon get very boring. Eating this type of food will only make you slide off your diet. Now don’t get me wrong. Carrots and broccoli are a good part of a healthy diet. But eating tedious foods will do nothing to help you lose weight unless you stick with it. You can lose weight without eating healthy dietdull and bland foods. That’s right. You can eat delicious meals and still lose weight.

Choosing the Right Ingredients for a Healthy Diet.

There is no way you can lose weight if the ingredients you use to prepare you meals are not healthy and are loaded with calories. If you use fresh natural ingredients your diet will probably succeed. If you use canned, boxed up and frozen foods that are loaded with manmade chemicals you’re just spinning your wheels.

Foods that should be staples in your healthy meal plans include fresh fish, naturally raised meats, organic poultry, organic whole eggs, raw nuts, fresh herbs, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Natural foods are better for you because they are low in calories and filled with plenty of nutrients your body can use. They are also a very healthy way to lose weight. Also, natural foods aren’t loaded with a laundry list of additives that contribute to weight gain, diabetes, cancer, hypertension and other health problems.

Try New Recipes and Tastes

I love grilled chicken, but if I had to eat if every day, I’d go bananas—I imagine you would too. Free yourself from the bondage of humdrum, tasteless meals by experimenting with recipes. Thumb through cookbooks, surf the Internet and use your imagination to whip up meals you can’t wait to sink your teeth into.

When you come across recipes that have unhealthy ingredients, simply swap the bad ingredients out for healthier ones. For instance, if a recipe calls for milk, you can replace this ingredient with coconut or almond milk. Also, don’t be afraid to switch out spices and seasonings to add a new flavor to a dish.

Vary your cooking methods to keep things fresh and give food a different taste. For instance, if you always broil your steak, try sautéing it, or covering it with olive oil and dropping it on the grill. All of these cooking methods are healthy and easy to master.

Healthy Sample Recipe that Tastes Great

Baked Chicken

• 1 whole baking chicken

• extra virgin coconut oil

• your favorite Italian spices (I use thyme, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper)

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a small pan and melt it over low heat. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of each of your spices in a small bowl and pour in the melted coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients together. Let the spice and coconut oil mixture cool.

Ninja Equipment

Ninja Warriors and Ninja Equipment

The world of the Ninja Warrior is a fascinating one, as shown in films and comic books of today. They were a highly trained and disciplined force, serving the feudal leaders of 14th century Japan. They were called upon to undertake top-secret missions in sabotage, espionage and even assassination. No one ever heard a Ninja approaching and very few lived to tell the tale. Because of the nature of their missions, they had to have specialized Ninja equipment.

The warriors needed weapons that could be hidden or disguised as everyday items such as workmen’s tools. In fact, the Kunai could be used for gardening or as a weapon and was a multi purpose knife. The Makibishi is a very fierce looking weapon and is made from iron spikes. It has various uses and can be thrown at the enemy’s feet or in their path to prevent escape. Some Ninja used to smear the weapon with poison.

Swords were an important part of the warrior’s arsenal. This Ninja equipment was made to the highest standard and the blades had to be sharp enough to dispatch someone quickly and quietly. The Ninja-Ken is a short sword, very useful in close duels. Other swords include the Katana, a curved long sword that required a two handed grip. This sword is still used today as a martial arts weapon. The originals were often decorated with gods or dragons and are considered works of art, along with their scabbards or sayas. The Wakizashi was often worn with the Katana and was shorter and thinner. The Shikoro Ken is a type of sword that can cut and saw through the enemy.

The Ninja were also fond of things that go bang. They used gunpowder in the form of smoke bombs and firecrackers as a diversion tactic and as cover to help them escape. They even used a form of cannon and a sort of land mine as Ninja equipment. The need for silent communication between the ranks inspired an ingenious signaling method. They used irogome, a type of uncooked rice grain that they then dyed in different colors. The seeds were used to indicate certain coded messages, such as leaving a message to say that the enemy lay ahead. All this Ninja equipment shows that the warriors were not mere brutal killers or spies. They were highly intelligent in their use of technology and strategy and their legend still inspires stories today.
